Sebastian was one of 3 cats who lost their owner to old age, and they were given to Safe Haven to be rehomed. I brought my cat in for vaccines and saw him in a little pink cage, and felt drawn to him immediately. He adjusted so quickly to living with all 4 of my cats, and made quick friends. We moved a few times and he was always trying to get outside, so I finally let him. While outside, he broke a leg and required amputation. I raised the funds and got his leg taken care of, nursed him back to health and taught him to walk again. He still hated being inside, so after a lot of consideration, I let him back out. He had caught mange from a friend outside, and I nursed him back to health again. Theres nothing I wouldnt have done to make sure he was happy and healthy, and he is very missed and loved.
